He is good at writing letters and hanyu pinyin but needs to be more comfortable in speech. Parents are non-native speakers, so would require a tutor who is bilingual in English and Mandarin.

The student is an active, playful and chatty child.

Prefer a tutor who is experienced in teaching active and high-energy children who can get distracted. Would like to start ASAP.
