Student has attended Tien Hsia Chinese Centre since he was K1. His exam result was satisfactory and he was still in interested in Chinese last year. However, since he has been promoted to P2, he has some difficulties in his studies and become less interested in it. He failed his SA2 at 45/100.

Since both parents are Japanese and Indian, they are not capable to teach him Chinese.
