Student is a very shy girl and she takes a long time to warm up to people. She had a bad experience with a female tutor who was very berating, blaming and harsh towards her. She was fortunate to have a male tutor who taught her for 3 years. This arrangement recently ended because he graduated and went overseas to work. Her grades are dismal.
