Self Introduction

I've been tutoring primary school kids for the past two years (2015-2016) under a CDAC volunteering program. Its a tuition program for students from lower income families that experience academic difficulties. I teach all subjects except for chinese, from P4 to P6. Hence i'm quite familiar with the syllabus. I am a patient but firm tutor, and have handled tutees who are quiet to those who are boisterous. I usually begin with goal settings to provide my tutee with a tangible goal to work towards.

I've also tutored a secondary 3 girl in A math for a year back in 2014. She made significant improvements to the point where we both agreed she could carry on without my help (even if that meant losing my job as a tutor because money was tight for her).

If you're wondering why i've switched from volunteering to paid tuition, it is due to sudden financial constraints. Nevertheless, i am still confident of doing my job well and i welcome all feedback from parents to help their child do better! :-)
