carelessness, misconceptions, unfamiliar with questions types, misinterpretation of the questions asked, overlook of important informations given, can't cope with tricky questions.

- Evaluate each student's performance/careless mistakes during each tuition sessions to consistently judging if weaknesses get rectified or improvement
